    Position summary

    ócio para o melhor desempenho de uma carteira de distribuidores.

    • Monitorar a utilização dos produtos contratados, oferecer soluções de maior valor agregado, visando a fidelização e o incremento do faturamento.

    • Reuniões de acompanhamento de resultados - semanal, mensal e por demanda junto aos parceiros e gestores diretos.

    • Garantir a implantação da Estratégia da Cia junto aos parceiros, buscar novas visões de negócios, tocar reuniões, treinamentos e comunicação direta com os parceiros.

    • Gestão 360 da operação do distribuidor (tecnologia, portfólio, pessoas, finanças, marketing...etc)

    Qualifications

    • Experiência no mercado de crédito (diferencial)

    • Experiência em Gestão de Canais Indiretos

    • Pacote Office - Power Point e Excel Avançado

    • Formação: Superior Completo Pós-Graduação (desejável

    • Necessário: Disponibilidade para viagens.

    • Perfil proativo, habilidade de negociação, resolução de conflitos e jogo de cintura;
