Description
As an Inclusion & Belonging Associate reporting to the Senior Director of Inclusion & Belonging External Partnerships, you'll support strategic programs that foster inclusive workplace practices and strengthen external partnerships. This opportunity is a part-time (20 hrs/week) role during the current fall semester and offers hands-on experience in project coordination, accessibility advocacy, and social impact programming.
Responsibilities:
Help with planning and execution of inclusion-related events and programs.
Coordinate logistics and communications for programs and events.
Support programs focused on financial literacy, accessible design, and community engagement.
Conduct research to inform strategic decisions and best practices.
Help track project deliverables, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation for external partnerships.
Collaborate to ensure agreement on organizational goals and values.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program
Active participant in HomeFree-USA's Center for Financial Advancement® (CFA)
Demonstrated interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
