    Description

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily marketing operations, optimizing workflows, tools, and reporting processes while being the primary liaison between teams (Business Development, Demand Gen, Digital, Events).

    • Take on project management responsibilities, leading important projects from launch to completion, ensuring agreement on team goals and on-time delivery.

    • Manage and improve the LeanData platform, ensuring accurate lead routing, solving misattribution issues, and refining lead scoring models for improved funnel performance.

    • Evaluate monthly/quarterly marketing reports, delivering applicable insights on attribution channels, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to senior leadership.

    • Gain hands-on experience coding (Python) and analytics tools (Tableau) to automate processes, enhance reporting dashboards, and provide deeper insights into marketing performance.

    • Oversee all aspects of lead management, including lead uploads, routing accuracy, and issue resolution, ensuring a smooth integration with marketing campaigns and operational processes.

    • Improve lead automation and reporting processes, ensuring scalability and agreement on evolving our needs.

    • Develop reports on campaign performance, form/email activity, and contact engagement with a focus on year-over-year analysis, collaborating with data teams to ensure data quality and consistency.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations in a B2B environment within financial services.

    • Expertise in marketing and sales technology tools (Eloqua, Salesforce, Tableau, 6sense, Zoominfo, and Drift).

    • Hands-on experience with LeanData, including building complex routing graphs, automating main processes, and collaborating with the Global teams and Marketing Operations leaders across the organization.

    • Analytical skills with experience in performance measurement, data visualization, and Return on investment analysis.

    • Present complex data to senior leadership.

    • Project management skills.

    This is a permanent remote home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
