Description
Senior Presales Consultant manages the entirety of sales operations and keep sales operations analysts intact and provide them with measurable goals to fulfill. He/She plays an integral part in helping senior management understand how to scale the sales organization and drive incremental revenue and growth opportunities The role holder is also responsible for ensuring their own high performance and successfully coaching more junior members contributing to the overall results of the team.
Some of their key responsibilities are:
Coordinating revenue forecasting and budgeting processes used within the sales organization; establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency
Conducting analyses to gain deeper insights into business
Partnering with Finance on compensation design and providing goals for the sales organization
Administering, managing, and reporting on revenue forecasting and analysis
Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout our CRM system
Responsible for creating the metrics to evaluate sales efficiency and productivity
Establishing effective analysis of sales force trends and performance in an effort to identify greater efficiencies and better manage and understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies throughout the entire sales lifecycle
Assessing client and sales trends, feedback, and market movement; consolidate into recommendations for the executive team
Performing ad hoc analysis for senior management to provide data support for business decisions
Evaluating new tools and platforms to improve reporting and sales operations
Assist in budget process
Assist in conducting cost versus productivity review
Give constructive feedback
Interact with market management stakeholders
Interact with Analytics, Pre-sales, Partnerships Teams directors and managers.
Interact with cross functions i.e. Finance, Commercial Strategy and Delivery
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent standard
Consultancy or functional experience gained within Experian, the credit industry or similar
Coaching experience of individuals and small teams
