Description
We are looking for a Product Pricing Manager who will be a trusted advisor within Experian Auto, providing thoughtful pricing strategy recommendations and ensuring timely responses to business opportunities. You will bring experience performing financial analysis of costs and prices and competitive analysis of product pricing and offerings. You see the big picture and are a critical part of helping the business growth profitably.
Apply analytical and financial expertise to develop pricing for complex sales opportunities
Lead and manage internal pricing discussions with cross functional teams
Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting that provides pricing insights (e.g. discounting performance, segmentation, trends)
Conduct analysis and audits on billing and pricing errors to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
Identify and provide recommendations on designing new pricing models
Develop understanding of Experian's products, operations and cost drivers, and incorporate this knowledge into pricing recommendations.
You will report to the Chief Financial Officer Auto ID
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in pricing or a similar Finance/Business role
BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Experience managing and evolving pricing processes that involve cross-functional partners.
Ability to work independently and take initiative with a have high level of ownership
Experience using Excel and Tableau to develop financial models.
Financial analysis experience with understanding of revenue, margin and pricing drivers.
Experience performing competitive analysis to understand market positioning and pricing.
Experience managing projects across multiple business partners.
Experience in process improvement requiring collaboration across broader organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
