Description
We're looking for a resourceful Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year working experience to support Global Business Services (GBS). You'll work with teams across HR and Site Operations to coordinate projects and support programmes like in-house training, brand campaigns, internal communications, and employee well-being and engagement initiatives. You will report to the Senior Manager - Talent, Engagement and Culture and play an important part in executing key projects and strengthening business partnerships across our global network.

Main Responsibilities
Learning & Development
Support in the planning of annual training calendar
Coordinate in-house training programs to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure update and safekeeping of training records
Manage HRD Corp grant and claim applications and BU budgets
Support the onboarding program to provide a warm and delightful experience to our new joiners.
Monitor the effectiveness of the onboarding program
Employee Engagement, Well-being & CSR Initiatives
Research and plan impactful and inclusive engagement, well-being and CSR events
Ensure successful execution of events to enhance employee engagement and brand presence.
Build a clear plan to achieve volunteering hours target
Log and report volunteering hours monthly in the CR360 platform
Communications & Branding
Support internal and external communication efforts
Create contents for social media, newsletters, and press releases
Collaborate with design teams on branded materials
Project Coordination and Collaboration
Manage projects across departments and regions
Track progress and ensure successful delivery
Identify and implement process improvements
Build meaningful partnership with external partners (e.g., vendors, NGOs, government agencies)
Research & Innovation
Conduct market research and feasibility studies
Use data to guide decisions and improve outcomes
Explore new tools and approaches
Qualifications
