    Description

    What you will do:

    We are looking for a Project Support Officer to join our HR Technology Transformation team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. This role is important for ensuring the success of a major HR transformation Program.

    Reporting to the Program Manager, you will support the smooth running of the Program, with a focus on logistics, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

    • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and Program events, both hybrid and in-person, across global time zones.

    • Communicate with the systems integrator partner to ensure agreement on logistics, documentation, and meeting preparation.

    • Support the Program team with administrative tasks including tracking actions, updating plans, and maintaining Program documentation.

    • Ensure communication and follow-up with stakeholders to support decision-making and progress.

    • Maintain Program calendars, contact lists, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).

    • Support tracking issues and dependencies, escalating where needed.

    • Help foster a collaborative and delivery-focused Program culture.

    Qualifications

    What you will bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field

    • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall)

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools

    • Certification such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or ITIL
