    Are you looking to kickstart your career in risk?

    We're seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our UK&I Second Line of Defence team as a Risk Co-ordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn how risk frameworks operate in practice, while playing a key role in coordinating governance and reporting activities across local, regional, and Group levels.

    What you'll do:

    • Coordinate governance forums and reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.

    • Support the preparation of risk reports for senior stakeholders and executive committees.

    • Engage with risk frameworks and policies to help embed strong governance practices.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather inputs and align messaging.

    • Explore how emerging technologies can enhance team collaboration and reporting efficiency.

    Qualifications

    What we're looking for:

    • Strong organisational and communication skills.

    • A keen interest in risk management, governance, and compliance.

    • Curiosity to explore risk frameworks, data, and new technologies.

    • A collaborative mindset and willingness to be the "glue" that holds governance processes together.

    • Basic familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or collaboration platforms is a plus.

    • Bachelors Degree
