    Description

    The Senior Data Analyst will have a blend of technical expertise and business acumen. This is a unique opportunity to elevate the data analytics efforts of a large B2B sales and marketing organization. This is an exciting opportunity to apply the power of data analytics to drive business results and go-to-market strategies.

    • Create analytical models and dashboards that provide actionable insights to sales and marketing functions

    • Present insights to different functions and levels in the organization, using visualization tools

    • Integrate data from diverse sources, both internal and external, to create a holistic view of the business landscape

    • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using AWS services and Python, allowing efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of structured and unstructured data.

    • Ensure seamless integration of Python-based workflows with AWS applications to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives

    • Implement business intelligence tools and platforms to enhance data analysis capabilities

    • Implement MVP principles to refine and design solutions

    • Define market opportunities based on insights mined from multiple data sources

    • You will report to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, finance, or related fields

    • 5+ years' experience working with financial institutions

    • Experience working with GTM or sales functions

    • In-depth understanding of data architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing

    • Advanced skills in data visualizations (Tableau preferred)

    • Experienced in Python, SQL, Cloud Infrastructure - AWS

    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms

    • Experience translating data insights into actionable business recommendations

    • Experience with business principals, especially related to marketing and sales

    • Knowledge of financial statements and metrics

    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders

    • Experience with end-to-end development of machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
