    Position summary

    l blend analytical depth with business acumen to design, deliver and scale data‑driven decisioning solutions. You'll partner with clients, products, and cross‑functional teams, lead complex engagements, and own outcomes end‑to‑end.

    • Consult & Translate: Engage executives and business leads to shape problem statements, define measurable value, and translate needs into robust analytical approaches and roadmaps.

    • Design & Deliver: Architect end‑to‑end analytical solutions across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, underwriting, customer management, collections).

    • Model Leadership: Lead development/validation of predictive & prescriptive models (incl. Credit Risk, originations, pricing, collection, marketing models, Basel, IFRS9, parameter estimation/validation) and champion model lifecycle ownership (from scoping to monitoring).

    • Storytelling & Influence: Turn insights into compelling narratives and recommendations that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

    • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships from analyst to C‑level; ensure alignment, transparency, and on‑time, high‑quality delivery.

    • Thought Leadership: Track industry trends, best practices, and emerging ML techniques; mentor teammates and raise the bar across projects.

    • Regional Collaboration: Partner with regional teams to bring global capabilities to local needs-and local insights back to the region

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data science / analytics / decisioning, preferably in client-facing or consulting environments.

    • Proven ability to lead analytical projects end‑to‑end and navigate multi‑stakeholder settings with clear impact.

    • Strong programming and data prep skills: Python, SQL (SAS/R/Scala is a plus).

    • Practical command of ML techniques (e.g., regression, trees/ensembles, clustering, SVMs, neural networks) and model evaluation/monitoring.

    • Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear business language and value cases.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

    • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

    • Banking Sector Background is a plus.

    Experience in one or more of:

    • Strategy (growth, risk-return optimization, pricing, portfolio steering)

    • Analytics / Data Science (customer lifecycle use cases, decisioning)

    • Risk Functions (credit risk, Basel, IFRS9, collections)

    • Data / Decision Ops (data management, governance, monitoring, MLOps)
