    Description

    Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the FP&A team. You will report to the ECS FP&A Director and work closely with the ECS CFO, Leadership Team, and operating unit finance partners to deliver financial insights, provide decision support, and drive financial performance management across the ECS portfolio.

    You will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics across the consolidated ECS business, translating complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions.

    This is a highly visible role requiring robust FP&A and business partnership skills, and executive-level communication.

    What you'll do

    • Provide insights into the consolidated ECS P&L, operating unit performance, growth and profitability metrics, balance sheet considerations, and key financial KPIs

    • Translate complex financial and operational information into clear, executive-ready analyses and presentations

    • Support business decisions through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis that highlight risks, opportunities, and trade-offs across the ECS portfolio

    • Support end-to-end financial planning and performance management processes for ECS, including the Strategic Plan, Operating Plan, recurring forecasts, and executive financial reviews

    • Support forecasting, reporting, and business review activities that provide accurate insight into consolidated ECS results as well as operating unit-level performance and drivers

    • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs that improve visibility into ECS portfolio performance, operating unit results, innovation, productivity, and cost management

    • Identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and risks, and translate them into practical insights and recommendations for ECS leadership

    • Provide clear and consistent visibility into financial and operational performance to support accountability and informed decision-making across ECS and its operating units.

    • Foster strong collaboration across the ECS finance community by promoting open dialogue, partnership, and best-practice sharing

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field

    • Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related disciplines

    • Experience influencing decisions through data-driven insights

    • Experience translating complex data into actionable insights

    • Experience communicating financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

    • Experience balancing detailed analysis with a broader strategic perspective

    • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders
