Experience and Skills
What you'll bring:
At least 5 years of experience working in a customer-focused function preferably as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Technical/Business Support, Risk Analyst, Data Analyst or relevant
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Finance or equivalent related work experience
Fluency in spoken and written English
Experience of Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) required
Ability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Experience of data extraction, formulation and analysis
Working knowledge in SQL and tools i.e. SQL Developer
Readiness to embrace technology and available tools to best facilitate regional team working i.e. Live Meeting, Video Calls, document/ knowledge repositories
It will be considered an advantage if you have:
Experience in Fraud & ID solutions
Knowledge in client onboarding and support lifecycle and associated processes
Working knowledge of XML/JSON
Certification in ITIL
Project Management experience
