    Experience and Skills

    What you'll bring:

    • At least 5 years of experience working in a customer-focused function preferably as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Technical/Business Support, Risk Analyst, Data Analyst or relevant

    • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Finance or equivalent related work experience

    • Fluency in spoken and written English

    • Experience of Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) required

    • Ability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

    • Experience of data extraction, formulation and analysis

    • Working knowledge in SQL and tools i.e. SQL Developer

    • Readiness to embrace technology and available tools to best facilitate regional team working i.e. Live Meeting, Video Calls, document/ knowledge repositories

    It will be considered an advantage if you have:

    • Experience in Fraud & ID solutions

    • Knowledge in client onboarding and support lifecycle and associated processes

    • Working knowledge of XML/JSON

    • Certification in ITIL

    • Project Management experience
