We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our Technology Team and play a key role in delivering major transformational change within Customer Servicing. Our purpose is to improve customer and colleague experiences through innovative Salesforce solutions. You will lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will remain hands-on with Salesforce development while guiding a team and collaborating with UK stakeholders. The candidate must be willing to work UK shift timings to ensure effective collaboration and support for UK business stakeholders.

Stay current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem trends; share updates with the team.
Develop Proof of Concepts for new features and integrations.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory)
Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
Salesforce Administrator (preferred)
Service Cloud Consultant (nice to have)
Beneficial Skills & Experience
Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, AutoRabbit) and version control (GitHub, Bitbucket).
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and telephony integrations (e.g., NICE CXone).
Exposure to AWS services, MuleSoft, and Tableau.
Active engagement in the Salesforce ecosystem (Trailhead, user groups, events).
KPIs & Success Metrics
On-time delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Reduction in production incidents and SLA adherence.
Code quality metrics (unit test coverage, static analysis compliance).
Team engagement and skill development progress.
Positive stakeholder feedback and alignment with UK roadmap.
