About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead our offshore development team in India. This strategic role combines technical leadership with team management, ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with global business objectives. You will drive innovation, mentor talent, and oversee complex integrations across enterprise systems.

System Integration & Governance
Ensure seamless integration with ERP, billing, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.
Define and enforce platform governance, sandbox strategy, and data access policies.
Monitor platform health, performance, and security compliance.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven success managing offshore teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and exposure to Service Cloud, DocuSign, and Quote-to-Cash processes. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Platform Developer II
