    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead our offshore development team in India. This strategic role combines technical leadership with team management, ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with global business objectives. You will drive innovation, mentor talent, and oversee complex integrations across enterprise systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leadership & Team Development

      • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, architects, and QA engineers.
      • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
      • Conduct performance reviews and support career growth.
    • Technical Oversight

      • Architect scalable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with DocuSign and middleware platforms.
      • Oversee development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
      • Ensure adherence to coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
    • Agile Delivery & DevOps

      • Act as Scrum Master or Agile Coach for offshore teams.
      • Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
      • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX.
      • Oversee Git-based version control and release management strategies.
    • System Integration & Governance

      • Ensure seamless integration with ERP, billing, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.

      • Define and enforce platform governance, sandbox strategy, and data access policies.

      • Monitor platform health, performance, and security compliance.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven success managing offshore teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and exposure to Service Cloud, DocuSign, and Quote-to-Cash processes. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Platform Developer II
