    Description

    We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate for our Hyderabad operations, to support the recruitment
    efforts for our operations center. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of and develop your career in a
    dynamic and highly service-oriented organization!
    In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and will as act as an ambassador
    for Experian, by ensuring a positive candidate experience for individuals exploring employment opportunities
    within our organization.

    What you'll do:
    • Closely partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to provide an outstanding candidate and Hiring
    Manager experience
    • Help develop team's best practices and associated SOPs
    • Review and ensure completeness of data for job requisitions through our Applicant Tracking System.
    • Ensure approval of requisitions submitted.
    • Manage external and internal candidate interview scheduling and related arrangements. Experience in coordinating bulk in person interviews is good to have.
    • Conduct/Coordinate candidate background investigations and communicate results to TA Partners
    • Ensure Applicant Tracking System reflects the accurate and most current status for the candidates.
    • Support virtual and in-person recruiting initiatives/events.
    • Work collaboratively with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure recruiting objectives are
    achieved.
    • Develop strong relationships with internal business and drive activity in support of their hiring
    objectives and processes
    • Consistently demonstrate an ability to streamline/improve the talent acquisition process by identifying
    and improving bottlenecks in the recruiting process
    • Ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations related to recruiting
    • Create job offers
    • Respond to candidate and employee inquiries through shared mailboxes.

    Qualifications

    2025 Bachelor's Degree pass-out *
    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven success working in a high-volume, multi-client environment
    • High level of motivation, self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service
    orientation
    • Strong organization skills to plan and prioritize day to day responsibilities for optimum efficiency.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former
    employers
    • Must be able to clear the company's pre-employment screening
