Advisor serves as a senior program lead responsible for managing complex initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent execution across the event portfolio. The Advisor also serves as a central orchestrator and relationship enabler for external partner engagement, ensuring that Fannie Mae's multifamily priorities are consistently and credibly represented across industry forums, partner events, and leadership touchpoints. This role also provides subject matter expertise and strategic recommendations to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of Multifamily field marketing programs.

The Advisor - Multifamily Field Marketing role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Strategic Program Management
Owns and manages the Multifamily field marketing event portfolio, including industry conferences, and proprietary events, such as large-scale keystone events.
Leads the strategic planning, development, and execution of approximately 20 in-person events annually, including two keystone events hosting approximately 450 participants.
Aligns event strategy and program objectives with Multifamily business priorities and leadership goals.
Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership
Serves as a key liaison to Multifamily leadership, the DUS lender network, and internal partners to ensure alignment on strategic event initiatives.
Leads cross-functional working groups across Marketing, Communications, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
Builds and maintains relationships with industry partners, associations, vendors, and external stakeholders to enhance DUS program impact and reach.
Content Strategy and Development
Oversees the development of event content in collaboration with Multifamily business partners and external stakeholders and creates processes for timelines for execution.
Provides strategic guidance on programming, speaker engagement, and messaging to ensure events deliver meaningful value to industry participants.
Ensures brand consistency and compliance across all marketing materials and event communications.
Program Execution and Continuous Improvement
Leads project teams across the Multifamily Marketing organization to deliver events from concept through execution and post-event evaluation.
Applies subject matter expertise to identify solutions to complex challenges and improve program outcomes.
Analyzes feedback, performance metrics, and market trends to inform future event strategies and marketing initiatives.
Industry Insights and Advisory Support
Captures insights from industry engagement, customer feedback, and advisory forums to inform Multifamily marketing strategy and product development.
Manages coordination and documentation of lender advisory meetings and subcommittee discussions, synthesizing key insights for internal stakeholders.
Identifies opportunities to enhance enterprise-wide marketing effectiveness and strengthen Fannie Mae's presence in the multifamily industry.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
6 years related experience.
Extensive experience in marketing program management, event strategy, or related marketing functions.
Experience developing marketing content and managing large-scale events or industry programs.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization with minimal supervision.
Strong strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Solid analytical skills with ability to analyze data and insights to inform strategic recommendations.
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to solution development.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
