"I just returned from maternity leave and so thankful to have an environment that allows me to take the time that I need to flex between mom/work life. The culture, benefits, and on site facilitates have all enabled a smooth transition back to work for me."

"Fannie Mae's policies, inclusive environment, and benefits really support its employees and creates a great and healthy work environment. Awesome time off for families and caregivers, and half-day Fridays all year round. Financial resources and accounts for healthcare, closing on a home, and education. Hybrid work environment so you choose where you work everyday. It's the best employer I've worked for in a long time."
