The Capital Markets - Product Management - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Build trusted partnerships with internal customers through proactive engagement, responsiveness, and consistently high-quality deliverables.
Support a broad set of business functions related to Hedging and Securitization, gaining exposure to multiple stakeholders, products, and workflows.
Support development and implementation of new products and upgrades for vendor provided COTS product.
Identify opportunities for product improvements.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business users feel supported and heard during the validation phase.
Manage the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences:
At least 2 years of experience in product management and system testing
Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
Experience using product management tools like Jira or Confluence
Desired Experiences:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Strong proficiency in the suite of Microsoft products, such as PowerPoint, Excel.
Skilled in SQL
Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders and work effectively within a diverse team.
Target Salary: $109,000-$142,000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
