Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in the application of analytics and modeling techniques to address business challenges.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of division-wide analytical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis and predictive modeling.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance analytical capabilities and expand the use of analytics across the organization.
Represent the Analytics Modeling team in key internal forums, regulator, and industry conferences, sharing best practices and thought leadership in the application of analytics and modeling in Fannie Mae's business.
