    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
    The Corporate Procurement - Sourcing Analytics and Process Excellence Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Conduct category and market research, provide data and insights to help identify opportunities and enable strategic sourcing and category management activities.

    • Assist the Strategic Sourcing and Category Management team in managing sourcing events (RFI, RFP, etc.) and conduct sourcing analytics to facilitate supplier selection and award decision-making process.

    • Drive for sourcing best practices. Identify sourcing process improvement opportunities, develop/implement solutions to streamline the work processes and improve the quality of the deliverables.

    • Lead implementation of new tools/capabilities, drive continuous optimization and utilization of the procurement technologies/tools and provide support and training.

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 4 years of functional experience in strategic sourcing and category management or sourcing and category analytics.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

    • Category Analytics experience: Knowledge of key sourcing and category management levers, especially in categories such as professional services, IT hardware, software, facilities services, etc.

    • Process Excellence experience: Knowledge of leading practices in strategic sourcing and category management and experience identifying and optimizing related processes.

    • RFP Analytics and Scenario Modeling experience: Demonstrated understanding of ways to optimize the RFP process, including supporting analytics and scenario modeling.

    • Strong communication skills and ability to present information/ideas to audiences in ways that are engaging and easy to understand.

    • Strong relationship management and influencing skills. Can persuade and negotiate with others, facilitate meetings and resolve conflict.

    • Skilled in PowerPoint.

    • Skilled in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI and can develop graphical representations of data using charts, diagrams, pictures and dashboards.

    Desired Experiences

    • Master's degree in supply chain, or business administration, or equivalent.

    • Sourcing and category analytics experience within a commercial/corporate environment.

    • Change Management: Experience leading cross-functional transformation and change initiatives.

    • Prior experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.

    • Experience working with one or more source-to-pay solution(s), such as Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, etc.

    The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
