    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The Data Quality Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Understand business context, data requirements, and communicate findings effectively in both written and oral formats.

    • Analyze existing data architecture and flows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

    • Perform in-depth data analysis and validation across various data quality dimensions.

    • Create process flows, reports, and presentations to document insights and recommendations.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, gather requirements, and support SDLC documentation.

    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.

    • Design, implement, and monitor data quality rules and metrics.

    • Maintain data dictionaries and metadata to ensure consistency and traceability.

    • Identify, assess, and resolve data quality issues, escalating as needed.

    • Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, Visio, and JIRA to support analysis and reporting.

    • Work in Agile environments to deliver iterative improvements and support continuous data quality initiatives.

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experience

    • 2+ years of relevant experience

    Desired Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    • Proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst or Data Analyst.

    • Strong SQL and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), Visio, and JIRA.

    • Experience with data warehousing concepts and relational databases.

    • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

    Target Pay Range: $107,000 - $139,000

Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
