    • Lead team in developing, and conduct reviews of, documents that translate technical information in non-technical terminology.

    • Organize and create documentation for maintaining information about Data Science Models (traditional and AIML).

    • Developand conduct reviews of documentsthat translate technical information in non-technical terminology.

    • Collaborate with model stakeholders (users, owners, developers) to ensure documentation meets their needs.

    • Revise existing documentation as needed to ensure meets Fannie Mae standards.

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 4 years

    Skills

    • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal

    • Communication particularly communicating in writing

    • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions

    Desired Experiences

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent

    • Experience with Data Science or modelling of any kind

    • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process

    • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion

    • Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages

    • Experience with how applications are implemented, tested and maintained.

    • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

    • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
