    Position summary

    This position which will be based in our Reston, VA office with occasional need to visit the Washington, DC office.

    Qualifications:

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences & Skills

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent

    • 2 years of experience in a Senior Administration Support role

    • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to thrive in a high-paced environment

    • Must have calendar management experience

    • Prior experience with travel arrangements and expense reporting

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).

    • Soft skill must-haves: excellent communication skills, strong decision making skills, understanding of prioritization and ability to build strong relationships across the team

    Desired Experiences

    • 4+ years of experience supporting executive level leadership

    • Working in the technology or financial industry

    • Knowledge of SharePoint

Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
