Partner with internal Accounting and Finance teams, serving as the primary point of contact between them and your business line.

Minimum Required Experience
2 years of relevant experience
Desired Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Commercial real estate or multifamily experience; familiarity with affordable housing is highly preferred
Strong data analysis skills in Microsoft Excel and with moderately large databases and data sets
Excellent attention to detail, including when working with large volumes of financial data
Demonstrated ability to gather accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions, and reliably complete projects on time and as specified
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new software programs and/or functionality

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
