    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The Lead Human Capital Consultant for Technology role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Provide day to day support, expertise and advice to Technology Leadership on the full scope of HR topics, activities and projects.

    • Guide team in determining the human capital needs of our customers to produce targeted business outcomes and results.

    • Support Technology managers in responding to escalated performance management issues

    • Monitor and measure progress against human capital objectives to deliver results.

    • Review and analyze HR data to identify opportunities for human capital improvements.

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 4 years of experience planning and executing key human capital management activities, including performance management, succession planning, talent planning, organizational design, leadership team development, and/or coaching.

    • Strong understanding of the technology landscape, organizational groups, and functions within a corporate environment.

    • Broad knowledge of Human Resources functional areas such as Compensation, Training, Organizational Design, Recruiting, and Human Capital Planning; specialty expertise in one or more areas is preferred.

    • Demonstrated ability to partner with business clients at all levels, translating needs into actionable workforce initiatives-especially in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.

    • Proven ability to coach leaders and managers on employee relations, management issues, and broader human capital needs.

    • Skilled at working in ambiguous environments and creating structure where needed (comfortable operating in "gray areas" and establishing clarity in unstructured situations).

    • Experience managing and guiding business clients through significant organizational change.

    • Proficient in analyzing data using Microsoft Excel and developing management-level presentations to communicate key findings.

    • Strong influencing skills with the ability to quickly establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

    • Experience collaborating effectively across multiple HR teams to deliver valued services to clients.

    • Proven track record of working independently to achieve key results, while keeping management and colleagues informed of critical issues.

    Desired Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

    • Experience providing human capital advice to senior leadership.

    • Experience supporting Technology organizations that operate within the Agile framework.

    The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
