Minimum Required Experiences
4 years of experience
Proven track record with designing and executing complex event marketing strategies/ campaigns, B2B event management experiences a plus.
Demonstrated project management skills. Experience identifying and selecting strategic options and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives. PMP certification a plus.
High proficiency in MS Excel; capable of manipulating and analyzing large data sets quickly
Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability; adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion. Ability to work independently and with teams to meet deadlines.
Excellent consultative and partneringskills. Experienced in negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
Excellent relationship management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
Effective partnership with teams to form a deep understanding of business priorities and translate into event strategies /content that help achieve businessoutcomes.
Demonstrated commitment to innovation and change with the willingness to take the initiative to accomplishchange.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity andinclusion.
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
