Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
Comprehensive understanding of the Fannie Mae DUS Program and DUS Loss Sharing Structure and Fannie Mae's Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide.
10 years of Direct Multifamily Underwriting experience preferred
Significant leadership experience building, leading & mentoring & coaching teams.
Superior communication skills, ability to deliver direct feedback to senior level internal and external stakeholders
Strong History of MultiFamily transaction underwriting, oversight, compliance, and review.

Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas
Experience using Risk Works, SharePoint, Excel & Visi
