Risk and Control Assessment experience stronglypreferred
Operational Risk Experience is critical for success in this role
Skills
Assess Operational Risk & Controls and lead discussions to brain stormsolutions.
Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, building relationship networks, and working across different functional business lines respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
Experience gathering accurate information and clearly communicating to explain concepts, answer critical questions and Influence to resolve conflict
Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data and graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards
Tools
Experience using RiskWorks
Skilled in Tableau
Skilled in Excel
Skilled in PowerPoint
