    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The Multifamily Underwriting - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Advise on potential risks and costs involved with providing services to a customer.

    • Analyze the risks and costs of a lending decision and make recommendations on process improvement related to decision process.

    • Advise on process related to issuance of the securities or other financial loans to the customer

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experience

    • 6 years of Multifamily underwriting experience

    Desired Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    • Strong technical skills, including advanced excel abilities and experience with business intelligence / reporting software (e.g. Tableau)

    • Business insight skills including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, and benchmarking

    • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand

    • Learning and training experience including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems

    • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions

    Target Pay Range: $138,000 - $180,000 a year

    The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
