Develop and deploy dynamic, responsive, and visually appealing email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Develop content and assist with continuous improvement for the Multifamily website, and other digital communications.
Develop and implement marketing plans to serve the business objectives.
Stay informed of changes in the marketing environment and coordinate market research projects.
Create and convey brand messages, as well as improve brand awareness.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
2 years related experience.
Skilled in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including strong writing skills, coding HTML based emails, managing content calendars, distributing communications, and analyzing metrics.
Expertise in email marketing along with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and communication channels.
Experience in marketing products, social media marketing, creating collateral, planning and developing campaigns, managing the media, etc.
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. Strong writing skills.
Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
Strong relationship management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders and vendors, networking and contracting.
Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings and resolving conflict.
Ability to work with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively towards a common goal.
Experience using SharePoint.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, MS Teams, and PowerPoint.
Experience using Workfront Fusion.
Desired Experiences
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Business insight skills including advising, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below.
