The Senior Manager Marketing Operations role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing processes to drive efficiency and results, managing the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects.
Optimizing workflows, analyzing performance, leading teams, and supporting strategic planning.
Establish governance standards that bring transparency and consistency to how marketing work is requested approved, prioritized and delivered across the organization.
Lead marketing operations project management team.
Advise senior leaders on project progress, resource capacity, and best practices.
Manage capacity planning for the division and report on the impact of activities.
Embed AI into core work-management and governance processes (intake, routing, approvals, and status reporting) to reduce manual effort, improve cycle time, and increase throughput and quality.
Deliver monthly/quarterly marketing operations reviews with actionable insights for leadership, identifying and recommending process improvements
Develop AI-enabled operational insights (dashboards, automated summaries, and exception/risk flags) that proactively surface bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities for leadership.
Champion change management as new tools, process and governance models are introduced across the marketing organization.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
6 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing program management, or a related operations or strategy role supporting complex, cross‑functional marketing initiatives.
Hands-on experience with marketing work management platforms, including Adobe Workfront, to manage intake, prioritization, workflow governance, and delivery of marketing work.
Proven ability to evaluate, document, and optimize processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable improvements that increase operational efficiency and customer value.
Strong change management experience, with a demonstrated track record of driving adoption of new tools, processes, and governance models across diverse stakeholder groups.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior and executive-level audiences.
Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leaders, including recommending adjustments to priorities, timelines, and resource allocation based on capacity, risk, and financial considerations.
Strategic, systems-oriented thinker with the ability to anticipate future workload demands, identify process bottlenecks, and proactively recommend solutions.
Experience synthesizing performance, capacity, and operational data into concise, leadership-ready reporting on project status, utilization, and impact.
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experiences
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale, multi-channel marketing organizations, including exposure to complex governance models and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Prior experience leading or maturing a marketing operations or project management function, including intake governance, capacity planning, and operational reporting.
Familiarity with marketing performance measurement frameworks and operational KPIs used to assess effectiveness, throughput, and organizational efficiency.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
