Manage and coordinate implementation efforts to support and monitor transactions and a team's vision and achievement of strategic objectives.
Coordinate team review of transactions and portfolio progress and reporting through various enterprise systems.
Manage the underwriting and credit analysis for Multifamily Loan assumptions, transfers and forward transactions.
Evaluate and manage risk of transactions and assets.
Routinely review governance and controls and make recommendations to update them as necessary.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experience
6 years of Multifamily experience, preferably in Credit Underwriting or Asset Management and management experience
Knowledge of the Multifamily markets including the DUS model, products, real estate finance, transactions and structures, legal contracts, loan documents, property/collateral valuation, cap rates, credit, and regional markets
A comprehensive knowledge of commercial mortgage Multifamily underwriting including property level financial analysis, borrower organizational structure, and regional market analyses
Desired Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong influencing skills, including negotiation and persuasion
Knowledge of DUS/GSE underwriting guidelines

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
