Minimum Required Experiences
2years of experience in Production Support
Experience supporting the AWS Cloud Platforms
Experience supporting automation frameworks
Experience supporting mission critical applications in an on call setting

3+ years of experience in supporting Cloud Infrastructure
Bachelor degree or equivalent

Skills
Skilled in core AWS services
Skilled in service management concepts and standards such as ITIL practices
Ability to create and maintain relevant support documentation and knowledge articles
Skilled in coordinating change management activities
Skilled in coordinating change management activities
Skilled in effective troubleshooting of AWS issues
Ability to debug Python and Unix scripts to resolve production issues
Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to train and mentor junior team members
Ability to follow and implement best practice guidance
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams to resolve cloud related issues
Ability to support 24/7 on-call rotation to support various applications in Productions
