    Position summary

    own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Develop and lead the execution of social process and governance within social platforms including intake, publishing, and moderation guidelines, security management plans, escalation and crisis management.

    • Lead the development of channel strategies, social media playbook, publishing/moderation guidelines, standards for platforms, etc. that meet best practices and drive innovation for the company.

    • Maintain the enterprise content calendar for all social media content supporting our enterprise and business goals in accordance with our overarching content strategy.

    • Represent the Social Media team across the enterprise as a social media subject matter expert, consulting with teams who are interested in activating on social media and providing counsel for how to strategically activate while also complying with industry regulations and mitigating known risks.

    • Provide expertise to team for developing and advancing the digital content strategy to advance organizational objectives and goals for line of business.

    • Using advanced knowledge, develop strategies and designs to build new audiences and scale to expand reach.

    • Analyze social media data to derive actionable insights, leveraging metrics and trends to inform and optimize content strategies, improve audience engagement, and drive continuous improvement in publishing performance.

    • Help identify opportunities for new strategies and tactics to test and learn that leverage social into achieving business goals.

    • Liaise with legal, compliance, media relations, and risk teams to assure social governance policies and procedures are met.

    • Assist in departmental budget management process.

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 6 years related experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing including digital marketing.

    • At least 3 years of social media marketing strategy experience, including publishing, monitoring, analyzing, planning, and executing social media content.

    • Expertise across major social platforms including: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X,YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.

    • Proficient in utilizing social media management platforms (such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) to streamline content publishing, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics, driving data-informed social media strategies.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams (including senior stakeholders, creative teams, operations, legal, PR etc.), work autonomously, and navigate ambiguity to develop and execute brand-building content themes.

    • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with flawless execution while adhering to tight timelines.

    • Love of test and learn - using research to ground thinking and strategy.

    • Driven by discovering new opportunities and finding creative solutions to bring innovative concepts and ideas to market.

    • Self-starter who is comfortablenavigating ambiguity and proactively solving problems.

    • Ability to rapidly prioritize and respond to changing business needs.

    Desired Experiences

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

    • Prior experience managing and tracking budget allocations, ensuring accurate financial monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.

    Target Pay Range: $121,000 - $158,000 a year

    The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
