What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based databases and data pipelines (50% development, 50% maintenance/ops).
Perform application database administration, ETL development, and DevOps for database code.
Write and optimize complex SQL for reporting and analytics use cases.
Support sprint testing, production deployments, and lower environment changes.
Analyze new data sources and ensure performance, scalability, and security.
Recommend and implement database best practices and tuning strategies.
Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives including Tableau dashboards, Alteryx workflows, API development, and test automation.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
2 years
Desired Experiences
5+ years of experience in data engineering or database development.
Deep expertise in AWS database technologies and cloud computing.
Strong SQL skills and experience with performance tuning for reporting systems.
Experience working in agile scrum teams and collaborating across functions.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for database code.
Passion for data, analytics, and learning the business domain.
