    Position summary

    ifamily businesses. Oversight activities include identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring the risk exposures, including interest rate and spread risk. The team also partners with the company's modeling and analytics resources to develop and monitor methodologies, models, and risk metrics to measure market risk exposures. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical and technical skills and should have familiarity with financial institution balance sheet risk management.

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences:

    • 2 years' experience or more in financial markets, portfolio management, market risk analytics, and/or advanced education demonstrating quantitative, analytical and technical skills (financial engineering, modeling, risk measurement)

    Desired Experiences:

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent - preferably in STEM program or related field

    • Master's degree or higher, preferred

    • 2 years' experience or more in financial markets, portfolio management, market risk analytics, and/or advanced education demonstrating quantitative, analytical and technical skills (financial engineering, modeling, risk measurement)

    • Familiarity with mortgage industry and risk analytics

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to communicate complex topics across different levels of the organization

Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
