Minimum Required Experiences
6 years of experience
Desired Experiences
Bachelor degree
Experience leading teams and people in a technical capacity.
Experience with agile frameworks and processes (i.e. Kanban, Scrum, SAFe).
CI/CD experience including automated testing experience with mindset to build self-testing code (i.e. Jenkins, Nexus, Git/Bitbucket).
Promotes a disciplined approach to development, code review, testing, documentation, and code structure in a team environment.
Strong experience managing development and operation Identity and Privilege Access team
Professional experience as a Software Engineer across front-end & back-end stacks.
Manage a diverse team responsible for designing, developing, testing, or maintaining hardware, technology, or processes.
Experience managing a 24/7 production support team
Determine the needs of diverse and complex customer groups which requires applied understanding of important, strategic issues of importance to the function/initiative.
Plan and direct the work of the team as they design and develop technical solutions.
Ensure teams use a process-driven approach in designing solutions.
Oversee the effective and efficient maintenance of existing technical solutions
