llaboration with leaders across Fannie Mae to identify emerging risks, improve risk and control management frameworks, and drive enhanced efficiencies through automation. This role will also oversee the development of programs, processes, and tools that raise awareness of relevant risk management issues and enable senior leaders within the Chief Information Office ( CIO ) to translate risk management into everyday actions.

Candidate Qualifications:
10+ years of leadership experience in risk management, technology risk, operational risk, or related disciplines.
5+ years of progress i ve human cap i tal leadersh i p.
Demonstrated abi l i ty to develop and execute mult i -year r i sk strateg i es al i gned w i th organ i zat i onal goals.
Strong background i n technology r i sk strateg i es and bus i ness cas i ng on technology r i sk .
Deep understandi ng of i ntegrated r i sk management frameworks, i nclud i ng Operat i onal R i sk, Technology R i sk, Cybersecur i ty R i sk , Data R i sk, and Bus i ness Res i l i ency.
Proven experi ence w i th R i sk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), r i sk metr i cs development, and regulatory compl i ance requ i rements.
