kits to Gate 3 assembly lines in accordance with Shop Master Scheduler exit plan.
Daily short term plan of shift-by-shift tasks to meet internal targets for accumulation process in the different steps of the process (receiving, picking and kitting).
Lean Management System strategy adoption, with particular focus on development of process/work standardization, DMS and problem solving, continuous improvement through gemba walks and team kaizens.
Creation and development of internal KPIs and performance analysis to drive department improvement initiatives and TAT reduction.
Work in synchronization with other Gates teams collaborating to get TAT/OTD targets and the planned financial results of the company
Qualifications / Requirements
Engineering, business or logistic degree from an accredited university or college. or equivalent experience
Proven experience in Supply Chain/Logistics management roles
Ability to adapt to / drive change across a global team in a dynamic business environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests in a timely manner
Ability to make decisions with speed and accuracy based on best available information
Reading, writing and speaking fluency in Italian and English languages
EU work permit
