"I am not a woman, but I have witnessed how at GE (formerly Corporate, now Vernova), they are treated with the utmost care, prioritizing what is most important, the person. For example, when some of my colleagues have become pregnant, their activities and schedules have been adjusted to avoid unnecessary stress that could hinder their health and that of their unborn baby.
