Support the setup and standardization of procurement processes for the new repair shop operation.
Provide guidance to functional teams on procurement processes, policies, and procurement-related topics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth operational startup and new technology introduction.
Build effective working relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure continuity, compliance, and operational readiness.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement.
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across functions.
Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
Desired Characteristics
Experience in aviation, oil and gas, or a comparable industrial repair environment.
Familiarity with repair shop operations, material transactions, and logistics processes.
