Aero Alliance Shop Operations Supervisor (Caposquadra)

ordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition

• Manage People presence in term of absence Hrs. within the shift

• Verify the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings)

• Make sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE)

• Organize talks on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e., Friday Projects)

• Collaborate with quality inspections on resolution of Nonconformity

• Make sure that the tools and equipment used are properly replaced at each workstation

• Support operators activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussion with UTOF and Engineering Department

• Support line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, attendance...)

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience

• High-energy, self-motivated, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams boundaries.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Fluent in Italian and English

• EU work permit
