    Position summary

    ng risk. Review, comprehend, and critically summarize transaction related documents. Occasional diligence and interface with customers and third-party consultants to verify all underwriting assumptions.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related business field, and 4 years of related experience required. The position also requires: 4 years of experience in finance or banking industries including large commercial transaction underwriting and 1 year related transaction experience; 2 years of experience in the Risk Management, Portfolio Management, and Underwriting of new investments in energy project finance; 2 years of experience in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and valuation; 2 years of experience reviewing financial information, interpreting financial performance, and assessing risk exposure; and 2 years of experience in preparing and delivering presentations to management and peers. Up to 20% travel required within the US and Latin America for customer or investment partner meetings, due diligence and negotiations on transaction in the underwriting process.
