Required Qualifications
No obstacle to work from Gebze, Turkey
Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in Lean management, preferably in the electromechanical sector or Transformer Manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
Lean Training Certifications are essential, with a preference for candidates holding a 6 Sigma Black Belt certification.
Completed Shinghi and Kaizen trainings.
Advanced proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
