    • Ausgeprägtes Interesse für technische Zusammenhänge und gutes mathematisches Verständnis

    • Handwerkliche Begeisterung sowie technisches Geschick

    • Gute Deutsch- und Mathematikkenntnisse

    • Interesse in einem großen Team zu arbeiten

    • Idealerweise Vorkenntnisse aus einem Berufsgrundschuljahr (Elektrotechnik/Mechanik) oder Praxiserfahrungen durch Praktika und/oder Nebenjobs oder Ähnliches

    Job description

    We are looking for another committed trainee (m/f/d) to become a mechatronics engineer from August 1st, 2026.

    Are you looking for exciting training in an international company with good chances of being taken on? Then you've come to the right place!

    We offer training for anyone who has a wide range of technical and craft interests and has always wanted to "aim high". With us, in 3.5 years you will learn everything about the connections between mechanics, electrical and control technology and get to know our extensive system technology. The mechatronic wind turbine system offers the ideal conditions for this. The extensive teaching content is conveyed in a variety of different internal and external training rotations. The rotations range from production to quality inspection, work preparation and service of the installed system in the field. Together with our qualified skilled workers, you support the high quality requirements of the wind industry.

    Requirements:

    • Technical college entrance qualification/secondary qualification I

    • Strong interest in technical contexts and good mathematical understanding

    • Enthusiasm for craftsmanship and technical skill

    • Good knowledge of German and mathematics

    • Interested in working in a large team

    • Ideally, previous knowledge from a year of vocational school (electrical engineering/mechanics) or practical experience through internships and/or part-time jobs or similar
