Provide leadership and technical guidance to skilled labor teams performing blade repair work on customer sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blade integrity and performance.
Perform administrative functions such as writing technical reports, and preparing job status and expense reports.
Exercise sound judgment in controlling costs and expenditures of company resources.
Maintain a strong safety mindset to ensure all work complies with EHS safety standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience with laminate repairs, preferably focused on wind turbine blades.
Professional Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
Rope Access Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel abroad for more than 90% of the working time.
