Job Description
Prendre en charge les projets après handover et garantir le respect des engagements contractuels dès la période de garantie.
Coordonner les maintenances, interventions sur site, ressources, logistique et livrables associés.
Suivre la relation client, les réclamations, les risques, les opportunités et la performance financière des affaires.
Piloter les outils de gestion, les revues d'affaires, les rapports d'avancement et l'amélioration continue.
Contribuer au développement des services, aux renouvellements, extensions et prestations complémentaires.
Qualifications
Diplôme d'ingénieur, Bac+5 technique / gestion de projet, ou expérience équivalente.
Expérience en gestion d'affaires, contrats de service, maintenance ou gestion de projet en environnement industriel.
Connaissances en électrotechnique, électronique de puissance, automatisme, mécanique ou systèmes industriels.
Expérience de la relation client et bonne maîtrise des aspects financiers liés aux affaires.
Français et anglais courants ; déplacements ponctuels à prévoir.

Qualifications
Engineering degree, Master's degree in a technical or project management field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in business management, service contracts, maintenance, or project management in an industrial environment.
Knowledge of electrical engineering, power electronics, automation, mechanical or industrial systems.
Experience in customer relationship management and understanding of business financial follow-up.
Fluent in French and English; occasional travel required.
