What you'll do
Streamlining customer order management by ensuring full compliance with internal processes and effective coordination across the group's plants, enabling orders to be delivered with minimal delays or issues.
Proactively addressing and resolving any incidents that arise throughout the order lifecycle.
Ensuring that all company departments and group plants have the accurate and timely information needed to achieve operational objectives.
Maintaining clear, consistent, and professional communication with customers regarding the status of their orders.
Enhancing the efficiency of transportation planning and customs procedures.
Overseeing customer invoicing to ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time.
Tracking outstanding payments and coordinating the necessary actions to ensure collections are completed within established deadlines.
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Degree or training in Business Administration.
Knowledge of SAP.
Understanding of logistics and customs processes.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
