    Job Description

    Rôle et Responsabilités

    Le Directeur commercial Services Oil & Gas anime une équipe de commerciaux et d'ingénieurs avant-vente pour construire et approfondir une relation durable avec notre base de clients sur la région France, Europe du Sud, Afrique, Moyen-Orient.

    Vos principales responsabilités seront :

    • Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de ventes afin d'encourager la croissance de l'activité services (contrats, interventions, modernisations, pièces de rechange, formation, digital...).

    • Atteindre les objectifs (commandes, ventes, marge), en assurant la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients.

    • Comprendre et analyser la dynamique du marché et la concurrence afin de développer les possibilités commerciales du territoire et/ou segment de marché.

    • Contribuer à la stratégie à moyen terme (3 à 5 ans) de l'entreprise et fournir les données d'entrées technico-commerciales à l'ensemble des équipes.

    • S'assurer de l'adéquation ressources / compétences / charge pour mener à bien les objectifs du service à différents horizons et développer vos équipes.

    The Oil & Gas Services Commercial Director leads a team of sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to build and grow a lasting relationship with our customer base in France, South Europe, Africa, Middle East region.

    Your main responsibilities will encompass:

    • Defining and implementing sales strategies to drive the growth of our services activities (contracts, interventions, modernizations, spare parts, training, digital...).

    • Achieving your targets (orders, sales, margin), while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    • Understanding and analyzing market dynamics and competition to develop commercial opportunities in the territory and/or market segment.

    • Contribute to the medium-term strategy (3 to 5 years) of the company and provide technical-commercial input data to all teams.

    • Ensuring the adequacy of resources/ skills/ load to carry out the objectives of the service at different horizons and develop your teams.

    Profil du/de la candidate

    • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ou Diplôme d'ingénieur en Electronique de Puissance.

    • Vous justifiez de 15 ans minimum d'expérience dans l'électronique de puissance appliquée aux industries Oil & Gas ainsi que de solides connaissances des process de vente, de négociation et d'élaboration de la stratégie commerciale.

    • Vous avez la maitrise du fonctionnement d'une organisation matricielle et transversale.

    • Vous faites preuve de leadership et démontrez une capacité de management hiérarchique et fonctionnel de responsables commerciaux.

    • Excellentes compétences en matière d'animation, de présentation et de communication orale et écrite aussi bien en anglais qu'en français.

    • Vous êtes rigoureux.euse, autonome et avez une capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.

    • Des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir (possession du permis B).

    • You hold a master's or Engineering Degree in Power Electronics.

    • You have a minimum of 15 years of experience in power electronics applied to the Oil & Gas industries as well as solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes and commercial strategy development.

    • You are proficient in operating in a matrix and transversal organization.

    • You demonstrate leadership and have a track record of sales managers hierarchical and functional management.

    • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and oral and written communication skills in both English and French.

    • You are rigorous, independent and have an ability to work in a multicultural environment.

    • Frequent travel is expected (driving license required).
