What you'll Bring (Basic Qualifications)
• Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or undergraduate degree program in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics, or Power automation/control
• Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding)
Other Eligibility Requirements
• Must be able to travel.
• Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship
What will make you stand out (Desired Qualifications)
• Prior internships, co/op or research experience in the industry.
• Have demonstrated an analytic approach to problem solving, have demonstrated leadership skills, community involvement, and a passion for power systems.
• Candidates that have interests in the following areas: power electronics, power systems, and controls.
• Since the internship will lead to further career development opportunities, it will be preferred that candidates will be required to be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA with 3.4+ with a few power system related courses
• Desired candidates have geographic flexibility and must be willing to relocate to Oakbrook Terrace IL (Near Chicago).

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $36.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed.
This position is also eligible for:
Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern's permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
